Composites industry: prepreg compounding
Prepreg process:
Hot melt prepreg process is a hot melt prepreg machine at a certain speed, temperature and pressure to meet the requirements of the resin adhesive film immersed in the corresponding fiber or fabric to form the prepreg process.
Compared with the solution method, its advantages are:
①No solvent is used, which is good for environmental protection and health of production personnel
②Low volatile content of prepreg, which is beneficial to the molding of high-quality composite materials
③Accurate control of resin content
④Fast production speed and high efficiency
Product specifications:
1. two-component system with A-component hot melt glue pump with maximum working temperature of 204℃ and B-component warm glue pump with maximum working temperature of 70℃;
2. system heating throughout, temperature adjustable, with over-temperature and overload protection;
3. fixed ratio, flow rate 3L/min (can be customized);
4. adjustable outlet pressure, maximum working pressure 3000psi.
5. stainless steel metal mixing tube, streamlined geometry mixing grease, to ensure that the A/B components can be fully mixed, easy to clean and easy to disassemble, low maintenance costs;
6. The data testing of the mixing product is in accordance with DSC verification.
