RTM process composite material infusion: applied to RTM process development and material research, mass production of composite products.
Scope of application: epoxy resin, PU polyurethane, silicone rubber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.

Product specifications:
1. two-component system, resin tank volume 30L, curing agent volume 30L (stainless steel, can be customized);
2. Resin tank heating temperature up to 80℃ (can be set), with vacuum foam discharge, with agitation;
3. with vacuum pump, pumping capacity 165L/min, maximum vacuum 0.1mpa;
4. Feeding heating tube: material PTFE, metal braid layer, pressure resistance 3000psi.
5. Injection volume and injection speed can be controlled automatically with ±3% accuracy of glue volume and ±3% accuracy of proportion;
6. Injection pressure can be controlled within a certain range, working pressure can be up to 3000psi;
7. Online infusion can be realized (suitable for resin and process with short gel time and long operation time).
